Our mission / vision |
New Life Christian Center is a Bible-based, relational, loving and prayerful church community. We celebrate a modern, expressive worship style and the foundation of our church is the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ.
In the book of Matthew 22:36-40, Jesus is asked, “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” We honor the greatest commandments by emphasizing our need to be in full relationship with God and others, constantly growing in truth and knowledge through His Word, the Holy Bible and most importantly...doing so in love. We encourage a commitment to fellowship and unity and prayerful intercession in times of conflict. As we heal, grow in active discipleship, sensitivity to Holy Spirit and confidence in Jesus Christ, we accept we are all ministers of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5-18-20). Just as God reconciled us to himself through Jesus, we must also respond to the call to reconcile others to Him. |
